    Welcome to Charleston
Charleston is in general a laid-back city and has an old-South feel as does Savannah. Most people in Charleston are helpful when approached in a polite manner. If a traveller speaks little English, Charlestonians are still generally willing to help as best they can.

Also known as The Holy City (due it having the most churches of any American city per capita), Charleston brims with the culturally unique, such as the joggling board. (Information provided by Wikipedia .)

If you are looking at visiting, Charleston certainly offers the best to its visitors.

Whether you are looking at relocating, visiting this awesome city, or enjoying your community, Connecting Charleston is here to aid in locating all the area has to offer!

Mayor Riley and former Olympic athlete, Kate Borg of Charleston, will attend Jump to It summer camp at the Arthur Christopher City Gym at 1:00 PM on June 23rd to present a proclamation.
